I want to emphasize just how profound the impact of our program has been on the detention centers we work with. The improvements in safety, staff wellbeing, and financial savings for the community are truly noteworthy. In one Texas County alone, we’ve achieved an impressive 89.9% reduction in recidivism over the last 18 months, a 59% drop in altercations, and a 49.6% decrease in grievances. I get that these numbers might appear unbelievable, but they are the reality.

Many people mistakenly categorize us alongside standard treatment and recovery programs, yet we are anything but ordinary. We offer a rigorous 12-week curriculum comprising 120 hours of practical and factual programming that focuses on addiction recovery, social and emotional skill-building, and effective reintegration strategies tailored for inmates. The founders of our program have crafted this curriculum over decades of experience in nonprofit work and the criminal justice system, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into jail operations without requiring extra infrastructure.
